Lacy is a Senior Manager in Deloitte Tax LLP’s Global Employer Services (GES) Rewards practice. She assists clients to address the tax and regulatory issues associated with compensation and providing benefits to their people.
Lacy is also an active member of many professional organizations including the Dallas Bar Association, National Bar Association, National Association of Black Accountants (NABA), National Black MBA Association (NBMBAA), Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
She is a graduate of Leadership Dallas. Lacy has received numerous awards and accolades including the Dallas Business Journal 40 Under 40, 40 Under 40 Nation’s Best Advocates, Texas Lawyer Extraordinary Minorities in Texas Law, the Dallas Regional Chamber Young Professionals Leadership Athena Award, and Dallas Women’s Foundation Young Leader Award, the Southern University Law Center Distinguished Alumni Award, and the Southern Methodist University Black Alumni Association History Makers Award, just to name a few.
Lacy has earned degrees in Accounting and Finance from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. She also holds an MBA from Louisiana Tech University. She also holds a Juris Doctor from Southern University Law Center, and an LLM in Taxation from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in Louisiana and Texas; she is also a certified mediator and a certified senior-level HR professional.
